TallyEast Properties provides full-service association management services to homeowner and condominium associations. TallyEast  also manages several upscale Tallahassee and Jacksonville Beach condominium units for their owners that available for lease. The Tallahassee units are located in The Tennyson, a premier downtown high-rise condominium located in the heart of Tallahassee. The Jacksonville Beach unit is located in the Metropolitan high-rise condominium on the north shore.
